About Your Doula
Origins
I have been an eco-warrior for over 15 years. With a master’s degree in nature conservation and a background in international development and environmental science, I come to birth work with a unique lens.
Philosophy
Pregnancy and childbirth is a transformational journey that requires delicate stewardship. Doulas are meant to preserve the experience for the birthing person by holding space and providing physical and emotional support.
Asher’s Birth
On March 22, 2017 at 5:52am I delivered our baby boy at the San Francisco Birth Center. He was happy and healthy, born 6 lbs 12 oz, 20.5 inches long.
Services
Your Eco Doula offers a full birth doula package as well as childbirth education, prenatal consultations, and postpartum support. All services are tailored to your needs and schedule and are low-cost. I believe that all birthing persons deserve access to quality support throughout this transformational journey.
